Found another clue from the lost 6th Borough of NYC by the BQE in Cobble Hill! Calculations point toward it being a missing component from a taffy machine that operated in the now defunct Zephyr Candy Factory years ago.
This harmless artifact led to a giant argument in the Apartment. Frankie claims it’s a Sprocket, while Sudsy the ghost insists it’s a Gear. Bill the Snowman thinks it’s a Cooling Fan. Mr. Parfenix repeated that it’s a Blender Blade (“Blender Blade, Blender Blade, Blender Blade”). Computer Head mumbled that it might be a Computer. To me, it looks like Garbage. What do you think it is?

Clearly its an Impeler from a positive displacement pump,
Possibly used to move highly viscous liquids, such as syrup, molasses or even taffy.
The color is hot though!
