Our landlord Mr. Parfenix, sometimes fancies himself to be a Masked Vigilante type. Depending on his mood, he’ll creep around the city (more like a 4 block radius) warning his neighbors about receiving fines from not following the “Rules of Recycling”. Mostly though, Mr. P just chills in his Pigeon Cave having deep conversations with his sidekick (a bottle).
Seriously though, Recycling is no joke.
