And speaking of crazy, there’s nothing more loony, illogical or downright preposterous than the landscape of Blue Kills Park out here in the 6th Borough. Don’t eat the mushrooms though… they give you all kinds of diarrhea.
 

This is back when Frankie approached the not so famous but fun to be around AMSTERDAM BAND to see if they needed a DJ for their outfit. “I could help round out your sound”, claimed Frank. As you can see, they ignored him.
 

“Sweet Pickles” was a series of children’s books from the 70’s that featured 26 anthropomorphic animals, one for each letter of the alphabet. Each book had a character in a “pickle” and their personalities and character flaws would play out accordingly. Worried Walrus worried about everything, Smarty Stork was a post man and Accusing Alligator was manager of the Town Apartments and she always blamed everyone for everything that happened… Deep stuff.

Lopez, as well as all the Kite Flyers in Canarsie, makes all of his kites from scratch.

The kite’s tail is made from an old family tablecloth.

In this 3-D spectacular, Honest Abe and Homeboy George are roommates living in a funky NYC apartment. They bicker and complain over who’s in charge and are constantly talking smack behind each other’s back with all of their household appliances. The 3-D is so real, you’ll feel like you’re one of their smelly roommates too. I had to take a bath after watching this movie. See it, you’ll love it!
